Behind every tech product launch is a unified process that takes months to build, test, and refine. This approach allows companies to deliver gadgets that meet user expectations and set industry trends. Gadget releases are often accompanied by live demos, global streaming, and expert commentary, all of which serve to transform technical specs into an engaging story.
Tech product launches may feel routine by now, but they’re vital touchpoints that keep innovation thriving. By balancing reliability and performance, these events allow gadget brands to set performance benchmarks, raise consumer awareness, and encourage competitors to catch up or move ahead.
Actions are the core of Gadget’s architecture and a huge part of what makes Gadget faster to work with than traditional development tools. Actions can read or write records in your database, or run server-side logic outside of the database — and are automatically documented, served, and scaled by Gadget’s backend framework. For extra control, you can also specify a ‘onSuccess’ function to handle custom logic after an Action runs (e.g., send a weekly newsletter email after a blog post is created). Permissions can be configured for each Action using the ‘Roles and Permissions’ page in the Gadget editor.
